Canfield scored two first half goals and held off a late charge from the
Falcons. Brad Hrinko got the Falcons on the scoreboard with his 17th goal
of the year on a penalty kick. Joe Sebaugh made 6 saves in the loss. The
Falcons slipped to 5-2-1 on the season.

Fitch 3 Canton Central Catholic 0
Nick Yacovone and Eric Braxton led a stingy defensive effort and Brad Hrinko
scored all three goals as the Falcons dominated the Crusaders. Matt Savko,
Matt Devenport, and Nick Bowlen added assists and goalie Joe Sebaugh recorded
10 saves for his second shutout of the season.

Brad Hrinko scored 2 goals to up his total to 12 on the season, but it wasn't
enough as the Falcons blew a late two goal lead in the second half. Sophomore
Nick Bowlen got Fitch on the scoreboard with his 3rd goal of the year. Andy
Kollar chipped in an assist and Joe Sebaugh made 12 saves. The Falcons are
now 4-0-1.

Joe Sebaugh recorded his first shutout of the season by saving all 10 shots
as the Falcons run their record to 4-0 on the season. Brad Hrinko scored
2 goals while Andy Kollar and Nick Bowlen each scored 1. Freshman Adam Bohr,
Chirs Colaluca, and Hrinko added assists.

Brad Hrinko scored 4 goals and added 2 assists as the Falcons improved to
3-0 on the season. Andy Kollar, Aaron Clay, and Evan Leskovec also scored
for the Falcons. Matt Savko had 2 assists and goalie Joe Sebaugh made 5 saves
in his first action of the season.

Fitch 3 Ursuline 2
The Fitch Boys Soccer Team overcame a 2 goal halftime deficit and rallied
for an impressive 3-2 victory at Ursuline. Nick Bowlen got the Falcons on
the board with his first goal of the season. Joe Sebaugh scored his 3rd goal
of the season ten minutes later. Matt Savko scored the game winning goal
off of a free kick from 30 yards, his 3rd goal of the season. Brad Hrinko
added two assists to run his total to 7 in the first two games. Goalkeeper
Jason Haseley recorded 10 saves in only his second career start between the
pipes.

Weidenthal
gets OHSFCA Scholarship
Fred Weidenthal has been awarded an Ohio
High School Football Coaches Association scholarship for the
2005 school year. Weidenthal was one of 122 Ohio seniors to
receive the honor. The association awards scholarships to
graduating students who have excelled in academics and school-related
activities. Students are nominated by High School Football
Coaches. Congratulations Fred!
